Hemingways, now called the Grand Cayman Beach Suites, is a 'fancy dancy' resort up the coast from us. Beautifully situated right on the ocean.Way out of our price range to stay.
But for about $20. Cayman dollars, we, the little people, can enjoy the wonderful Saturday Brunch that they serve up outside on the patio with the ocean as your backdrop.

Eggs Benedict was fantastic. One of the chefs would make you a fresh omelet with whatever you wanted in it, right on the spot.
Really a friendly place to go. Each year with make reservations, early 9:00am, avoid the rush, and are never disappointed.
